Responsibilities
- Host and oversee a variety of interactive games and activities, ensuring smooth operation and guest enjoyment
- Manage event venues by setting up equipment, organizing game stations, and maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols
- Engage with guests through lively public speaking, explaining game rules clearly and enthusiastically
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly, and maintain a positive atmosphere for all visitors
- Assist with event planning and coordination for special occasions or themed events to maximize guest engagement
- Conduct manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of equipment or supplies safely and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including first aid procedures like CPR when necessary, to ensure guest safety at all times
Skills
- Strong background in events management and hospitality environments
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate situations calmly and professionally
- Experience working with children in recreational or educational settings is highly desirable
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
- Ability to process cash transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash confidently
- Knowledge of safety procedures including first aid, CPR certification preferred
- Experience in outdoor work environments or venues with outdoor components is a plus
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques and food service operations enhances guest experience delivery
- Public speaking skills that captivate audiences and foster an engaging atmosphere
- Theater or entertainment experience adds value by enhancing presentation skills
