Project Manager – Plumbing (Seattle, WA)
Run the job. Solve the problems. Keep everything flowing.
We’re a mid-sized, family-owned mechanical engineering firm that’s built its reputation on doing solid work without the corporate noise. Our projects span across the Pacific Northwest, and our team is known for being dependable, practical, and easy to work with.
We’re looking for a Project Manager with plumbing experience who can take ownership of projects and drive them from start to finish—without needing constant oversight.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing plumbing projects from kickoff through completion
Overseeing budgets, schedules, and day-to-day project execution
Acting as the go-to contact for clients, field teams, and subcontractors
Coordinating with engineers and trades to keep work aligned and moving
Handling RFIs, submittals, and change orders without letting details slip
Keeping projects on track and stepping in quickly when issues arise
What we’re looking for:
Experience managing commercial or industrial plumbing projects
Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices
Ability to manage multiple projects without losing control of details
Clear communicator who can work with both field teams and clients
Someone who takes ownership and solves problems before they escalate
Why people like working here: Family-owned culture where decisions happen quickly
Consistent pipeline of projects across the region
A team that values straightforward communication and accountability
Less red tape, more trust in how you run your projects
Competitive pay, solid benefits, and long-term opportunity
If you’re a plumbing PM who likes running your own projects, keeping things organized, and seeing results in the field—we’d like to talk.
