TrustWise Care is an expanding Florida nurse registry built by people who think the home-care industry has been under paying caregivers for forty years. We're launching in Volusia and Flagler counties, and we're hiring our founding caregivers right now. Here's what we're doing differently.
We pay what the work is worth.
- CNA: $22/hour
- HHA: $20/hour
- Same-day direct deposit — money hits your account the day you work, not next Friday, not when corporate gets around to it
- The Florida market average is $14–17/hour. We're one of the highest-paying registries in Florida and we plan to stay that way.
Premium pay when the work asks more of you.
- Weekends: +10% on top of base
- Nights (after 9PM): +10% on top of base
- Holidays: +20% on top of base
- Last-minute / emergency shifts (called same-day): +10% on top of base
- Premiums stack up to +25% on a single shift — a CNA visit can pay $27.50/hour
We pay you for the inconvenience.
Your schedule is yours. We route-cluster your visits — your stops are grouped near each other so you're not driving 35 miles between a 2-hour shift on the east side and a 4-hour shift on the west side.
An RN who actually picks up the phone.
Between our 3 RN administrators with a combined 48 years in Florida clinical practice someone is available 7 AM to 7 PM for any clinical question you have. Not a regional director on Pacific time. Not a chatbot. Not "we'll have someone call you back tomorrow." A real RN, in your time zone, who treats you like the professional you are.
We respond to every application within 24 hours. Often the same day. We know you have other applications out. We respect your time.
What you'll do
-Independent caregiver visits in private homes across Daytona Beach, Port Orange, Ormond Beach, Deltona, DeLand, New Smyrna Beach, and Palm Coast.
- Bathing, meals, medication reminders, mobility support, light companionship. We handle the matching, the dispatch, and the paperwork. You handle the human work.
Requirements
- 18 or older
- Valid Florida driver's license + reliable car
- Smartphone (iPhone or Android, last 5 years)
- Subject to AHCA Level 2 background screening (we cover the fee)
- Subject to 10-panel drug screening —( we cover that)
Either: Florida CNA license OR documented HHA training (40-hour course, 75-hour course, AHCA competency test, or federal evaluation per 42 CFR 484.36(b))
