We are looking for a part time line cook, around 25 hours per week, THURSDAY FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. These days are NO EXCEPTION.
The season is coming up for Oktoberfest and many other things. Part of our crew is going back to school, great time to change jobs and join us. Looking for an enthusiastic person who is interested in a culinary carrier. The team is part European part American. Hours are easy, we are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Only three days a week open for lunch and five days for dinner with no late hours. Most of our menu items are created in-house. Very comfortable roomy kitchen. We just updated the air conditioning in the kitchen so it is very comfortable. We have a great reputation and want you to be part of that.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares and cooks to order foods requiring short preparation time.
Reads food orders or receives verbal instructions on food required by guests, and prepares and cooks food according to instructions.
Provides the highest quality of service to customers at all times.
Follows basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving and serving soups, meats, vegetables, desserts and other foodstuffs for consumption in eating establishments.
Prepares foods by operating a variety of kitchen equipment to measure and mix ingredients, washing, peeling, cutting and shredding fruits and vegetables, and trimming and cutting meat, poultry or fish for culinary use.
May clean and sanitize work stations and equipment and must follow all company and regulatory rules and procedures.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
