Florida Physician Partners is seeking Attending Physicians to join our expanding post-acute care team serving skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout South Florida.
This is an opportunity to become a clinical leader—providing exceptional patient care while mentoring and developing a team of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care in skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities
- Mentor, supervise, and develop Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
- Evaluate medically complex geriatric and post-acute patients
- Perform admissions, follow-up visits, and medically necessary evaluations
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, case management, and facility leadership
- Develop individualized treatment plans
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Active Florida medical license (or eligible)
- Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Skilled nursing, hospitalist, geriatric, rehabilitation, or post-acute experience is preferred but not required

Pay: $225,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
