The Inside Sales Representative is a proactive, high-energy sales professional responsible for driving revenue growth through the direct sale of manufacturing parts. Operating onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, this role requires an assertive, intellectually sharp approach to identifying customer needs, managing accounts, and closing deals. Compensated through a significant base salary and performance bonus structure rather than traditional commission, this individual will champion client relationships, leverage CRM platforms, and support the company's operational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Sales & Account Management: Aggressively pursue new business opportunities, respond to inbound inquiries, and drive sales of manufacturing parts without relying on a commission structure.
- System Administration & Pipeline Tracking: Maintain high standards of data integrity within the CRM program (HubSpot highly desirable) to track sales pipelines and performance.
- Trade Show & Brand Representation: Travel to and represent Hayn Manufacturing at 1–2 industry trade shows annually to network, generate leads, and strengthen client loyalty.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exercise excellent communication skills to collaborate between sales and production teams, ensuring customer specifications and delivery timelines are met seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Direct, proven experience selling manufacturing parts in a competitive environment.
- High energy, intellectual sharpness, and a tenacious, assertive sales mentality.
- Hands-on experience working with CRM programs for tracking pipeline and performance, with HubSpot being highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external collaboration.
- Willingness and availability to travel for 1–2 trade shows per year.
