Job Summary
We are seeking a Entry Level Recruiter for our Acworth Office to assist our team in filling contract/permanent machine operator/warehouse roles.
Great position for someone who would like to get into the industry or if you are seeking to be a corporate recruiter.
Potential to move into Account Management and Sales.

Responsibilities
- Candidate phone Screening and setting up candidates for in house interviews
- Using our applicant tracking system
- Sourcing Resumes to in house team
- Candidate onboarding paperwork
- Maintain and building relationships with candidates and clients
- Attend in-house and corporate training
Qualifications
- AS or BS Degree or equivalent
- Great Communication and writing Skills
- Must have very good MS Office Skills to include Outlook and MS Word
- Must be able to make phone calls to candidates that apply for positions
- Time Management and organizational skills
