What you’ll do as a DSP: provide hands-on support to individuals in Residential programs.
Your responsibilities will include supporting daily living skills and routines, encouraging independence, confidence, and personal growth, assisting with community activities and employment goals and building meaningful relationships and serving as a positive role model.
Pay & Incentives

$17.25/hour base rate

Up to $100 bonus every pay period (equivalent to an extra $1.25/hour)

Additional $0.50/hour for DSPI certification (earned or existing)

$2,500 sign-on bonus

Skills:
- Experience with intellectual disabilities or Autism or related fields is desirable but not necessary, paid training provided
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals of diverse backgrounds
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals who may have physical or cognitive challenges
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
What we’re looking for: caring, patient, and dependable individuals, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation and experience with IDD/A is helpful—but not required (paid training provided).
