Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure perfect results every time
- Assist with menu planning by suggesting new pizza varieties or seasonal specials
- Support high-volume production during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail and quality
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, especially within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and food handling
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures
- Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a high-volume environment
