$45,000 Per Year
Performance Compensation
In addition to your base salary, you'll earn:

The more production you create individually and through your team, the more you'll earn.
What You'll Be Responsible ForLead From the Front
This role requires production, leadership, and accountability.
You will:
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily
- Prospect both B2B and B2C opportunities
- Work aged leads and reactivation campaigns
- Generate qualified appointments for field sales representatives
- Maintain pipeline discipline and follow-up consistency
- Identify and source new prospecting opportunities
Build and Develop a Winning Team
You will also:
- Manage and coach SDRs
- Conduct live call coaching
- Improve objection handling
- Increase appointment quality
- Improve conversion rates
- Hold team members accountable to performance standards
Improve the Sales Machine
You'll have direct influence over:
- Scripts
- Call structures
- Cadences
- Lead management processes
- SDR development
- Outbound sales strategy
