They communicate proactively, protect the lead agent's time, and take ownership of their responsibilities. As Harmony Home Group continues to grow, this person will grow with us by helping build systems, improve operations, and eventually lead and develop an administrative team.

What Will You Do?
· Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support.
· Manage financial systems including bookkeeping, payroll, commissions, budgets, and financial reporting.
· Oversee all contracts through closing.
· Create and maintain an operations manual documenting systems and standards.
· Coordinate office equipment, vendors, and operational needs.
· Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries or complaints.
· Keep the Lead Agent informed regarding important issues.
· Hire, train, and lead administrative team members as the organization grows.

· High school graduate
· Bachelor's degree preferred
· Real estate license preferred but not required
· 1–3 years management experience
· 3–5 years administrative experience
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
