Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of security operations to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all security staff are trained in Post Orders, Report and Incident Report writing and customer service.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, incident reports, shift logs, and quality control documentation for accountability and continuous improvement purposes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and enforce compliance standards effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and collaborating with internal teams and our clients.

- TEXAS TOPS Level 3 or 4 In Hand Card + Qualified Firearms (Required)
