We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic and repair skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellent customer service. You’ll perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential & commercial HVAC systems throughout the Las Vegas area.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and tune-ups on residential HVAC equipment
- Install, replace, and service components such as compressors, motors, and thermostats
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, solutions, and recommendations
- Provide accurate service reports and documentation
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good working order
- Ensure all work meets Company's quality standards and safety requirements
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA 608 Certification (Required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions

Pay: $26.69 - $35.75 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 45 per week
