- To receive leads from Perch, we do require that agents are fully available during normal weekday and Saturday business hours when apartment properties are open. Do you understand that this is not a "part-time" opportunity?
- Though we do allow "Sending", we ask that our agents Tour ("Escort") with customers as often as possible to earn top commissions. Are you located in the Dallas market, and willing and able to travel to meet with customers to conduct property tours as needed?
