Fast growing, manufacturing company is looking for a customer success representative. We design and build equipment that is used in exterior cleaning of homes, buildings and structures all across the country.
The Customer Success Representative is responsible for supporting customers through onboarding, issue resolution, account assistance, and proactive communication. This role focuses on developing product knowledge, customer service skills, and foundational customer success practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with onboarding and account setup
- Troubleshoot basic customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation
- Follow established workflows and service procedures
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify support opportunities
- Participate in training sessions and continuous learning programs
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
- Meet departmental productivity and response time goals
Required Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude / experience and willingness to learn about commercial pumps, fluid dynamics and equipment maintenance and support
- 0–2 years of customer service or support experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer and CRM system knowledge
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
