We are looking for an EXPERIENCED technician that wants to work with others that are on the same professional level as themselves and that can provide high quality repairs on vehicles. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix cars right the first time.
We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos and drama.
We know what it is like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. We know how it feels to not have your voice heard and to work with broken or no shop tools. We strive to always show appreciation and be the place EVERYONE wants to work at.
Our shop won the Franklin Favorites Top Auto Repair Shop For 2025. We have doubled our sales for the last two years and are planning to expand our shop in the near future. We currently see approximately 275 cars per month with the goal to grow to 450 cars per month.
Pay will vary based on ability and experience but our A level technicians usually start around $75k per year and some are making over $100k per year.
