System Administrator
Job description
We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering top-tier technical support to internal helpdesk employees, collaborating as an integral part of the technical services project team, and overseeing the development and maintenance of server and network infrastructure for both our company and clients.
Required Qualifications
· 4+ years recent computer, server, and network troubleshooting experience
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology
· Certifications: MCP, A+, Network+, MCP, MCSE all a plus
· Must be resourceful and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment
· Ability to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot technical problems
· Advanced knowledge of current Microsoft desktop and server operating systems
· Ability to effectively prioritize, track, and execute on multiple workstreams
· Knowledge of Virtualization technologies, Office 365, and other IaaS and SaaS platforms
· Advanced knowledge of computer and server hardware
· Familiarity with networking concepts and infrastructure
· Excellent customer service skills
· Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to discuss and explain complex solutions to a non-technical audience
· Ability and willingness to work on-call as needed
Essential Duties
· Work as part of a project team to complete customer projects in an efficient any timely manner
· Serve as a technical escalation point for service desk technicians
· Help resolve customer issues
· Work with clients to evaluate and solve technical problems
· Evaluate existing systems and/or client needs to analyze, design, recommend, and implement system changes
· Configures and supports internal/external network and server infrastructure
· Develop and maintain company systems, applications, networks, and security
· Contribute to the company knowledge base, produce and maintain technical and process documentation
· Track all work in the companies incident management system.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
