Rudy's Inflight Catering is the pioneer and worldwide leader in the aviation in flight catering business. We are headquartered out of Teterboro, NJ with an additional facility located directly on the field at Westchester County Airport in NY.

Shift hiring for: 2pm-10pm and 10am-6pm
We are looking to immediately hire a full time expeditor to handle VIP orders.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reviewing open orders.
- Check final products for quality, freshness and presentation.
- Match all components of the order including set ups, condiments and catering items to the original work tickets.
- Prepare final orders for delivery by pulling all parts of the orders from the appropriate stations.
- Package and box items and print necessary paperwork for the delivery.
- Organize orders by location and delivery time.
Requirements: Previous experience BOH in a Restaurant environment helpful.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
