Position Overview:
As a Remote Practice Administrator, you will play a critical role in establishing and managing professional corporations (PCs) across multiple states. You will ensure compliance with state-specific healthcare regulations, oversee credentialing processes, manage clinical staff, and support the organization’s operational and financial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and manage physician corporation (PC) entities in various U.S. states.
Ensure compliance with state-specific laws, licensing requirements, and healthcare regulations.
Lead and oversee Medicare and state-specific Medicaid credentialing applications.
Recruit, hire, and manage physicians and nurse practitioners across different regions.
Select and coordinate appropriate malpractice insurance coverage for clinical teams.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement scalable operational structures.
Apply business and economic principles to optimize practice efficiency and profitability.
Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to support practice expansion and performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
2–5 years of experience in healthcare administration, medical group operations, or related fields.
Demonstrated knowledge of physician corporation (PC) setup and interstate healthcare regulations.
Familiarity with CMS and Medicaid enrollment processes.
Strong understanding of malpractice insurance options and risk management.
Proven ability to recruit and manage clinical staff.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter with a proactive and strategic mindset.
