NOW HIRING: SALES MANAGER Northernfield is growing — and we’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. We’re looking for someone who is confident talking with customers, understands how to build relationships, and can turn a homeowner or property manager’s ideas into a clear plan for our estimating team. What You’ll Do Meet with residential and commercial customers to understand their wants, needs, goals, and budget Walk properties with customers and discuss potential landscape, maintenance, and improvement projects Complete project bid sheets with customers to clearly document what they want and what is important to them Gather the information our estimator needs to build accurate proposals Follow up with customers throughout the sales process Help maintain strong customer relationships and increase customer retention Attend customer dinners and meetings when appropriate Deliver customer appreciation gift baskets and other client gifts Identify additional services and opportunities for existing customers Work closely with our estimator and production team to make sure customer expectations are clearly communicated Represent the Northernfield brand professionally in every customer interaction Experience Landscape estimating experience is a plus, but NOT required. You do not need to be an expert estimator — we already have an estimator on our team. What we need is someone who can listen to customers, ask the right questions, understand what they are trying to accomplish, and communicate that information clearly.
