Job Description and Duties
Effective July 1, 2025 in accordance with the applicable Memorandum of Understanding, the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) was implemented in response to the status of the State budget. PLP 2025 requires each full-time employee in Bargaining Unit (01), and related Excluded, Exempt and Statutory Exempt employees, will have their base salary reduced by (3) percent and will receive (5) PLP 2025 leave credits monthly through June 30, 2027. Salaries do not reflect the recent changes.
Analyst II
Under the direction of the Supervisor I, CCHCS, Human Resources (HR), Employment and Outreach, Workforce Development Unit, the Graphic Design Analyst performs the more complex design work in the creation and development of recruitment marketing materials to support CCHCS’ efforts to recruit and retain quality health care professional and ancillary staff.
Analyst I
Under the supervision of the Supervisor I, CCHCS, HR, Employment and Outreach, Workforce Development Unit, the Graphic Design Analyst performs the less complex design work in the creation and development of recruitment marketing materials to support CCHCS’ efforts to recruit and retain quality health care professional and ancillary staff.
This position reports to Human Resources (HR), which delivers innovative programs and services that attract, cultivate, and serve a diverse, highly-qualified workforce. California Correctional Health Care Services’ HR professionals provide outstanding customer service, provide tools and resources for job development and advancement, and ensure fairness and accuracy in all aspects of HR. The position(s) is eligible for hybrid telework, in accordance with the Statewide Telework Policy and will be required to report to the office as needed/required. The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment.
