Duties
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on plant processing and packaging equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system.
Follow all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and LOTO program.
Participate in all plant trainings as required.
Help Maintain the cleanliness and organization of plant and maintenance areas.
Work closely with production staff to identify and resolve equipment issues.
Coordinate with management to prioritize maintenance tasks.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergencies in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
Experience
Prior experience in maintenance roles, preferably in food processing or manufacturing.
Working knowledge in mechanical, some electrical, familiarity with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
Problem solving skills to diagnose issues quickly and effectively.
Good verbal and written communication.
Work Environment
May involve lifting heavy equipment, standing for long periods, and working in various temperatures.
May require working irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: From $21.90 per hour
