PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
We are seeking a Tire Service & Repair Service Technician to become an integral part of our team. You will inspect, install, and repair light duty vehicle, commercial, farm, and/or off-the-road tires, as well as auto and light truck service.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Automotive and light truck services and minor repairs
Mounting & dismounting tires from and onto wheel assemblies
Install and repair commercial/farm and off-the-road tires
Properly fill out service call ticket/work completed and turned into the supervisor
Assist other departments as needed
Other duties as assigned
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift/move objects 50+ pounds
8–10-hour workdays
Exposed to hot and cold weather conditions
Must have positive attitude and possess a good work ethic
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Customer service (preferred)
Tire technician (preferred)
Service bay technician (preferred)
High school diploma (preferred)
