We are seeking a professional and customer service-focused Service Specialist to join the Opensity team working at our client's office. In this pivotal role, you will provide various administrative support, which may include copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities, and receptionist services. Meter, sort, and distribute mail and accountable packages according to established schedules.

Accurately produce copy, print, and scan projects according to written instructions.

Answer incoming telephone calls and route them to the appropriate person or department.

Greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Coordinate and maintain client conference rooms, common areas, and kitchens.

Inspect conference rooms and common areas to ensure they are clean, stocked with supplies, and ready for continual use.

Organize and distribute client kitchen supplies.

Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed.

Maintain copy rooms and stock general office supplies.

Deliver paper and other supplies throughout the office.

Perform basic daily maintenance and assist with general office service needs.

Assist with hanging pictures, small office moves, and other general facilities requests.

Support cleaning services and maintain the overall appearance of the office.

Communicate with key client contacts regarding building and equipment concerns.

Assist with other facilities-related duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year of professional-level work experience.

Previous experience in a client service-oriented field preferred; law firm experience is a plus.

Willingness and ability to learn new skills.

Personable, articulate, knowledgeable, and professional demeanor in a client-facing setting.

Strong team-player mentality with a willingness to assist where needed.

Flexibility and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to demonstrate patience, tact, and diplomacy when handling client concerns or complaints.

Ability to assist with all other duties assigned that fall within contracted service-level agreements.

Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater.

Ability to grasp, lift, or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.

Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for an extended period of time.
The Compensation range for this role is up to $26.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
