Mon – Thurs 7AM – 5:30PM (4-day work week)

They will be Performing general labor, using power tools & hand tools and being able to use a tape measure
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of carpentry experience a plus.
- Experience in framing, sheathing, and installation of windows, doors, and related assemblies a plus.
- Comfortable reading drawings and measuring to tight tolerances.
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in overhead positions for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
Job Description:
- Seeking an apprentice that will be Framing and sheathing to installation of doors, windows, and structural elements.
- Will contribute to both factory production and on-site assembly, ensuring our homes are strong, accurate, and built to last
- Frame and assemble wall, floor, and roof components using standardized methods.
- Assist to install doors, windows, subfloors, sheathing, and other structural or enclosure elements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure assemblies are accurate, consistent, and ready for follow-on trades.
- Interpret shop and construction drawings to guide accurate builds and installations.
- Operate saws, nailers, routers, and other woodworking tools safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure assemblies meet company standards.
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow all safety procedures.
