Job Title: Lead Caregiver/On-Call

We're looking for an experienced, dependable Lead / On-Call Caregiver who is passionate about helping seniors live safely and comfortably at home while serving as a trusted resource for both our clients and our caregiving team.
What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care
- Accept same-day or short-notice assignments
- Build meaningful relationships with a variety of clients and families while maintaining continuity of care.
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, meal preparation, companionship, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments or errands and medication reminders.
- Occasionally assist with care coordination tasks
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- An experienced caregiver with strong leadership potential.
- Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts
- Comfortable balancing hands-on caregiving with occasional office support and care coordination responsibilities.
- Organized, dependable, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care for both male and female clients.
- Comfortable working in homes with pets.
- Willing to travel throughout the Denver Tech Center and South Denver Metro service area.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Current auto insurance.
- Willing to drive clients using your own vehicle or the client's vehicle.
- Able to successfully pass a background check.
