Responsibilities
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and care.
- Cook pizzas to perfection using various methods, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- Follow established recipes and menu specifications to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food handling and sanitation standards.
- Assist with meal preparation for dine-in, takeout, and catering orders as needed.
- Ensure food safety protocols are strictly followed throughout all stages of food handling and cooking.
- Support team members in food service operations, including serving customers when required.
Skills
- Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen roles within the food industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with culinary techniques used in pizza making.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
