Rockland Roofing is hiring 1099 (not W2) for door-to-door (D2D) sales roles.
You’ll use our apps to find old roofs in areas with recent hail. Knock on their doors, pitch the offer for a free inspection, and explain the process. Inspect the roof, and if there’s damage you’ll ask for a signature. If it’s approved, you’ll return to show shingle color options, etc.
This opportunity is best for individuals who either have sales experience and can spare at least one day per week to knock on doors, or those with a pleasant demeanor, great social aptitude, and willingness to learn.

In most cases, that 60% of profit works out to 13-20% of gross. A typical job earns the salesman a commission of around $3,000.
Industry standard is 50% of profit. We're proud to say that our salesmen earn more, at 60% or profit.
And in case you know the industry, our overhead is 10% and PA fee is 10%. No per-job admin fees or other nonsense.
Based on past performances, we expect top producers to average 20-40k/mo through storm season if they work it like a full-time occupation.
Relatively average or typical salesmen will probably land in the 4-12k range.
Pay: $20,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
