Duties
- Assist in developing and refining design concepts using construction management software and design tools such as ProCore and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with project teams to prepare and review construction estimates, contracts, and scope documents.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of design packages and project materials.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including drawings, revisions, RFIs (Request for Information), submittals, and meeting minutes.
- Contribute to construction site visits to observe progress, verify compliance with design specifications, and address on-site issues promptly.
- Assist in managing project schedules and budgets by monitoring progress against plans using construction management software.
Experience
- Experience with construction estimating, project scheduling, or construction management is highly desirable.
- Must know AutoCAD
- Prior construction site experience or involvement in active building projects is appreciated.
- Excellent time management skills combined with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines are crucial.
