We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Guest Service Representative to create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Assist guests with product inquiries, store navigation, and information about ongoing promotions or events
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Conduct product demonstrations and upselling to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store is inviting and well-presented
- Manage retail math tasks such as calculating totals, discounts, and change with precision
- Communicate effectively with bilingual guests using language skills to ensure clear understanding and comfort
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred; grocery store experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math calculations
- Strong communication skills with a professional phone etiquette to handle inquiries confidently
- Supervising experience is advantageous for leadership opportunities within the team
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory management
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Enthusiastic about engaging in product demos, upselling, and creating a welcoming environment for all guests
