<Job Summary>
Join our dynamic team as an OTR (Over-the-Road) TEAM Flatbed CDL A Company Driver, where you’ll take charge of transporting freight across long distances with energy and precision. <Duties>
- Safely operate flatbed trucks and tractor-trailers across regional and national routes, adhering to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Secure loads properly on flatbeds, including straps, chains, and tarps. ensuring cargo stability during transit
- Plan optimal routes for timely deliveries while managing schedules and addressing unforeseen delays proactively
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks, trailers, and equipment to ensure roadworthiness and compliance
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, freight documentation, and delivery records in accordance with federal regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch teams to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and route adjustments as needed
<Requirements>
- Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record and at least 3 Months of professional truck driving experience
- Experience operating manual transmission trucks preferred but not mandatory
- Proven ability to drive semi trucks
- Knowledge of freight handling including load securing techniques for flatbeds and specialized equipment such as forklifts or cranes
- Strong understanding of route planning, load & unload procedures, and safety regulations for commercial driving
- Ability to work independently on long-haul routes with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Physical capability to handle cargo loading/unloading tasks and perform routine vehicle inspections

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,300.00 per week
