HVAC Construction Project Manager
Growing Commercial HVAC Contractor – Denver / Front Range
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Construction Project Manager to join our team. We are a growing commercial HVAC contractor working on a variety of projects, including ground-up construction, tenant improvements, healthcare, office remodels, industrial, and design-build projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial HVAC projects from contract award through completion and closeout.
- Review contracts, plans, specifications, schedules, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
- Manage project submittals, RFIs, change orders, equipment procurement, and closeout documentation.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate equipment and material lead times.
- Coordinate field manpower and ensure projects are properly staffed.
- Monitor project costs, labor productivity, material costs, and overall profitability.
- Attend project meetings and maintain strong relationships with general contractors and customers.
- Identify potential project issues and work proactively to resolve them.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to contract documents.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and construction practices.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Experience with project scheduling, cost control, and change-order management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
