Summary
We are seeking an Equipment Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for driving sales and expanding our customer base across our retail locations and online platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about power equipment and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Direct to customer sales of commercial and homeowner lawn equipment.
- Find the right machine for the customer to fit their needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels.
- Present, promote and sell products or services to clients.
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Engage in cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting customers in product selection.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase overall sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or equipment sectors.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to conduct cold calls effectively and manage territory sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with equipment a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
