Position Details
Schedule:
- Full-Time or Part-Time
- Swing Shifts available
- Shift Differentials Offered: **$1.00/hour on weekends (Saturday & Sunday). **$0.50/hour on overnight shifts **$1.00/hour on Friday & Saturday overnight shifts
What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including:
- Bathing, toileting, dressing, and hygiene
- Meal prep, laundry, and housekeeping
- Provide medication assistance and monitoring (Med Tech duties)
- Create a safe, respectful, and loving environment
- Communicate effectively with staff and residents
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older (16+ with CNA welcome)
- Valid First Aid/CPR & Assistance with Medications certification (We can help you get certified if needed!)
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Strong communication skills and a passion for care
