What You’ll Do
As a Project Coordinator, you are the heartbeat of our operations. Your day-to-day includes:
- Managing the Journey: Guide solar and energy storage projects from initial planning through final inspection.
- Being the Connection: Keep our customers, crews, and utility partners informed and happy through clear, professional communication.
- Solving Problems: Tackle scheduling, material coordination, and project hurdles with a proactive, "can-do" mindset.
- Ensuring Excellence: Use our project management software to keep documentation accurate, compliant, and up-to-date.
Who You Are
- A Clear Communicator: You are comfortable talking to customers on the phone and keeping everyone on the same page.
- Eager to Learn: You don't need solar experience, but you do need curiosity and a willingness to master new systems.
- Highly Organized: You can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
- Reliable: You take ownership of your projects and enjoy seeing them through to the finish line.
(Preferred but not required: Experience in construction, electrical work, or prior project management.)
