Duties/Responsibilities:

Wash, rinse, and dry both the exterior and interior of vehicles, ensuring they are spotless and ready for customer delivery, display, or service appointments. This includes washing windows, tires, wheel wells, and undercarriages as needed.

Perform light detailing tasks such as vacuuming the interior, wiping down surfaces, cleaning mats, and removing trash. Ensure the interior is free from dirt, dust, and debris, providing a clean and inviting environment for customers.

Apply wax or protective coatings to vehicles as directed to enhance and protect paint surfaces. Ensure that all vehicles are free from water spots, smudges, and other marks after cleaning.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the wash bay and surrounding areas. Ensure that all washing equipment, supplies, and chemicals are well-organized, stocked, and in proper working condition.

Assist with preparing vehicles for sale, service, or display by ensuring they are clean and presentable. Ensure that all vehicles are fully detailed before customer viewing or handover.

Inspect vehicles thoroughly for cleanliness and ensure all areas are properly cleaned. Pay close attention to specific customer requests or dealership standards for cleanliness.

Use proper safety equipment and protocols when handling cleaning chemicals, detergents, and other supplies. Ensure that washing equipment is maintained and kept in safe working order.

Provide excellent service to both internal teams (e.g., sales, service) and customers by ensuring vehicles are presented in top condition. Take care to handle customer vehicles with respect and care.

Assist with other tasks in the service department as needed, including moving vehicles between the wash bay, service area, and showroom. Help with inventory management for cleaning supplies and products.

Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for moving vehicles between departments.
Preferred Skills/Abilities:

Previous experience in vehicle washing, detailing, or similar roles. On-the-job training will be provided.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks. Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
