Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, resilient, and patient Live-In Caregiver to support two adults with intellectual and developmental disability. This is more than a job—it is a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of two individuals with unique personalities and care needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide live-in support and companionship to two aduls
- Foster a safe, respectful, and structured home environment.
- Assist with daily routines, including hygiene, personal care, medication reminders, and household tasks.
- Plan and prepare meals in collaboration with residents, considering dietary needs and preferences.
- Encourage participation in diverse activities and provide prompts to explore new interests
- Accompany residents on community outings (e.g., church, Special Olympics, shopping, recreation).
- Support emotional regulation and model positive behavior during moments of distress.
- Maintain a clean, organized living space and participate in weekday activities
- Complete documentation and reports accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with other caregivers and the SHARE Foundation to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
