Qualified Driver Sought Day Hours!
The route driver drives a non-CDL company truck over an established route to deliver vending products, maintain and restock product at our customer locations. The route driver will deliver excellent customer service to all vending clients by filling product to pre-set levels and ensuring all customer requests are met. The route driver ensures his route is kept at established cleanliness & stock levels and is responsible for the inventory on his truck, loading truck, paperwork, and ordering.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for keeping company vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Installation of brewers and water filtration systems
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment at customer locations
- Completing their route within their normally scheduled hours
- Keeping vehicle properly maintained, obeying all traffic laws, and a professional appearance.
- Interacts with other departments as necessary
- Forecasts and plans the ordering of supplies, and equipment
- Responds to customer preferences and industry trends to plan ordering that supports healthy choices
- Interacts with clients and acts as the contact for the company
- Ability to work inside and in outdoor weather
- Informs management of competitive activities
- Reports situations or problems to management
- Follow-up on completed tasks
- Performs other duties as assigned by leadership
