QUALIFICATIONS:

High school graduate or GED.

Pre-school or child care experience.

Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Initiative to help out where needed.
REPORTS TO: Assistant Director of Early Learning
JOB GOALS: To assist in providing a well-organized, smooth functioning Early Learning Program.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support and monitor students in educational settings.
-
Provide teacher support; objective observation, data keeping, and prepare and organize materials.

Assist in implementing successful student programs as designed by education staff.

Participate in program trainings provided.
-
Demonstrate sensitivity to diversity in cultural heritage, lifestyles, and value systems among students and families.

Performs other duties as assigned by the building principal and/or supervising teacher, specific to early childhood programming.

Ability to work outside in all weather.
