Weather Tight is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Project Expediter to help bridge the gap between the sales process and production. This role is critical to ensuring projects are accurately scoped, sold correctly, and fully prepared before installation begins.

What You’ll Do
As a Project Expediter, you will be responsible for turning a sold project into a production-ready job by:
- Meeting with homeowners after the sale to review project details and expectations
- Verifying measurements, products, colors, and options selected during the sales process
- Identifying potential installation challenges before production begins
- Confirming project pricing, scope, and contract accuracy
- Checking for lead paint requirements and documenting findings
- Reviewing permits, code requirements, and job-specific details as needed
- Creating accurate material lists and ordering requirements
- Coordinating with Sales, Production, and Operations teams to ensure project readiness
- Documenting job notes, photos, and field observations
- Helping reduce costly installation delays, change orders, and project errors
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read and interpret contracts, measurements, and construction details
- Comfortable working both in the field and in an office environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Basic construction, remodeling, window, door, roofing, or siding knowledge preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation
$60,000 - $75,000 annually (based on experience)

This position serves as the final quality checkpoint between Sales and Production. The ideal candidate is someone who can identify issues before installation, communicate effectively with homeowners and internal teams, and ensure every project is set up for success from day one.
