Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) at Hope Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to join our team at Hope Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in East Moline, Illinois. As a vital member of our healthcare team, the DOR will play a key role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of our rehabilitation department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and UC Davis Rehabilitation services
Develop and implement effective care plans, with collaboration from the interdisciplinary team, to meet the unique needs of each resident
Supervise and mentor rehabilitation staff, including physical, occupational, and speech therapists, to ensure excellent patient care and staff development
Collaborate with the medical director to develop and implement policies and procedures for rehabilitation services
Analyze and report on rehabilitation data to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the development of strategic plans and goals

Requirements:
