Limited Permit Mental Health Counselor (MHC-LP)
A small boutique group practice in Rockland County (West Nyack, NY) is seeking a Limited Permit Mental Health Counselor (MHC-LP) to join our growing team.
We are looking for a motivated clinician who is passionate about providing high-quality psychotherapy and values collaboration, professional growth, and meaningful clinical work. An interest in working with couples and families is preferred.
Position Details:
· Fee-for-service W-2 position
· Hybrid schedule with 1–2 days per week in the office
· Minimum caseload commitment of 15 clients per week
· Compensation: $45–$50 per clinical session depending on experience
· High-quality individual supervision
· Peer consultation/group supervision
· Opportunity to collaborate closely with experienced clinicians in a supportive, collegial environment
Qualifications:
· New York MHC-LP eligible
· Strong clinical skills and sound clinical judgment
· Experience providing psychotherapy to adults (18+) is required
· Interest or experience working with couples and families is a plus
· Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
· Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care
