The Opportunity
We are currently seeking motivated, professional, and client-focused Real Estate Agents to join our expanding brokerage.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering the flexibility and autonomy of running your own business — while still having access to the support, mentorship, systems, and opportunities typically missing at traditional brokerages.

Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
- Generate and manage leads through networking, marketing, referrals, and brokerage-supported opportunities
- Conduct property showings, listing presentations, and open houses
- Negotiate contracts and guide clients through the transaction process
- Maintain compliance with Florida real estate laws and brokerage procedures
- Participate in training events, office collaboration, and ongoing professional development
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker License
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset
- Professional demeanor with a client-first attitude
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a changing market
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mentality
- Experience preferred, but not required — newly licensed agents are welcome with the right mindset and work ethic
