Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Team Member
- Connect with prospective customers in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
- Educate customers on Kinetic Fiber products, service plans, and current promotional offers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend internet solutions that best fit their household or business.
- Answer questions clearly while providing accurate product and service information.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company initiatives through ongoing training.
- Consistently meet individual performance goals while contributing to overall team success.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication, integrity, and follow-up.
- Accurately complete enrollment documentation and maintain attention to detail throughout the sales process.

- High school diploma or GED required.
