Independent Golf Instructor / Club Fitter – Turnkey Facility Opportunity
Breakthrough Golf Technology is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial golf instructor or club fitter interested in building and operating an independent business from a fully equipped indoor golf facility.
Our in-house facility includes a professional hitting bay, dedicated putting lab, and advanced golf-performance and fitting technology. The space is currently used primarily for company testing and is otherwise significantly underutilized.
This is not a traditional salaried position. It is an opportunity for the right person to bring an existing client base—or develop a local following—and operate an indoor golf instruction and fitting business without the significant expense of leasing, building, and equipping a facility from scratch.
The selected operator will have access to:

In addition to the facility and technology, BGT can provide access to online scheduling and electronic payment-processing solutions, allowing the selected operator to begin accepting appointments and payments quickly.
The operator will be responsible for:
- Developing and marketing their business
- Attracting and retaining clients
- Scheduling appointments
- Conducting lessons, fittings, clinics, and events
- Collecting customer payments
- Maintaining a professional, clean, and customer-ready environment
Opportunity Details:
Location: Richardson, Texas
Schedule: Flexible, based on facility availability and client appointments
Arrangement: Independent business operator under a facility-use agreement
Financial Structure: Facility rent plus revenue share; final terms will be determined based on experience, proposed schedule, and business plan
