As a Communications Representative, you'll connect with people through in-person conversations, introduce Verizon products and promotions, and help each interaction lead toward a successful sales outcome. Every Communications Representative receives hands-on coaching while developing communication, presentation, and professional sales skills.
What You'll Do as a Communications Representative
- Start engaging conversations that introduce Verizon products and services.
- Explain promotions and available options through clear, confident sales presentations.
- Share campaign updates and continue strengthening your sales approach as a Communications Representative.
- Listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and tailor each sales conversation to the individual.

What We're Looking For
