American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with adult critical care and ED experience for a night shift position at an acute care hospital.

Acute care hospital setting in Jefferson City, MO
-
Respiratory therapy unit with adult critical care and emergency department coverage
-
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
-
Weekends are varied, typically every 3rd or 4th weekend
-
Up to 4 on-call shifts per 6-week schedule
-
Holiday and weekend rotation required

May rotate into a charge position as needed

Epic EMR required
-
13-week contract
-
RRT or CRT certification required
-
Minimum 1 year of experience accepted

Adult critical care and emergency department experience required

Pediatric experience preferred

Current BLS certification required

Epic EMR experience required

Candidates must reside more than 70 miles from the facility to be eligible

2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration

License required if applicable

Caribbean blue scrubs required

Travelers must be clean-shaven to ensure proper mask seal during fit testing — CAPRs and PAPRs are neither provided nor permitted for traveler use, and failure to comply with fit testing requirements may result in cancellation of the assignment
