HR Generalist
Our client is seeking an experienced
HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR compliance. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys partnering with employees and leadership to support a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Support employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding
- Administer benefits and leave programs
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance
- Partner with managers on workforce and employee matters
- Support training and employee development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
