Tishbi Law Firm is looking for an EXPERIENCED Personal Injury Law Clerk / Paralegal to handle variety of Personal Injury matters.
Speaking Spanish is a MUST.
REQUIREMENT: · Minimum 2 years experience in personal injury litigation
We are looking for someone who will have a major impact on our practice and clients, and is looking for a long-term position for an office that continues to evolve and grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Preparing and filing lawsuits, propounding and responding to discovery and understanding court rules and procedures.
· Schedule and calendaring court deadlines, depositions, hearings, and Defense Medical Examinations (DME),
· Preparing Notice of Depositions, Notice of Ruling and Objections to subpoena
· Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
