MakeReady Masters, LLC is seeking an experienced Production Spray Operator for consistent, repeat-volume apartment turn work. This position is designed for a professional who understands airless spray equipment, works efficiently, and takes responsibility for completing each assigned production stage.
This is not a slow-paced residential repainting position. Our work follows a coordinated apartment-turn process in which painting and resurfacing must be completed on schedule so cleaning, repairs, flooring, and final quality control can proceed.
Primary Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain Graco airless spray equipment in a production environment
- Select and properly use Graco RAC X spray tips for specific coatings and applications
- Spray apartment walls and ceilings using RAC X LP 517 tips
- Resurface kitchen cabinets using RAC X FFLP 210 fine-finish tips
- Produce a clean, consistent finish with proper coverage and minimal overspray
- Complete masking, surface preparation, and equipment cleanup
- Protect floors and surrounding surfaces using professional cloth drop cloths and appropriate masking materials
- Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work area
- Inspect completed work and correct deficiencies before leaving the unit
- Remain on an assigned project through completion when reasonably required, including occasional evening work, so the next stage of the apartment-turn process can begin on schedule
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience operating Graco airless spray equipment
- Working knowledge of RAC X LP and FFLP spray-tip applications
- Experience spraying occupied or vacant residential interiors
- Cabinet refinishing or resurfacing experience strongly preferred
- Production mindset with the ability to maintain both speed and finish quality
- Dependable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to follow standardized procedures and work independently
- Respect for occupied properties, client communities, equipment, and coworkers
- Willingness to complete assignments—not leave partially finished stages for the next day without authorization
